The task was to write a musical interpretation of the flavour profile for three of Nespresso’s grand crus, Finezzo, Arpeggio and Indriya. This was for my friend Emma Jonsson, who was participating in a student competition to come up with unique in store experience to support the opening of Nespresso’s new flagship store. Emma’s idea was to stimulate all the senses along with tasting the coffee. I was very pleased that with my work on the music, she came first place.
